Synopsis:
She was supposed to deliver the documents to her boss and then go home…

But Regina walks in on a sinfully handsome man – naked and chained – and she finds herself sharing one brazen, deliciously forbidden encounter with him. After she walks away, she expects to go back to her normal life – job, dating and friends.

An Irresistible Stranger

Speer never thought he’d rebuild his crumbling life with a woman haunting his body, his mind and his heart. He needs more of her even though it will lead to heartbreak. Speer is damaged goods and yet, Regina sees in him something worth redeeming; something worth loving.

Her love terrifies him, even as it awakens in him the possibility there’s something worth staying for…
~My Thoughts~
This one is incredibly saucy and hot, so if you don't like your heat level at a fiery red, be warned! I did love that despite the sexy stuff, there was also true, real emotion being expressed and felt by both the characters. Sometimes the steamy stuff leaves me flat despite the spine-tingling sex scenes. When you tie emotion and sultry scenes together you get one happy Andra!

Both characters had their pros and cons, but I though Speer (distracting name alert) was the most sympathetic. He's rough around the edges because of a couple things  in his past, but you still find sympathy in your heart for him.

When she arrived at the foot of the stairs, she poked her head into another long hallway. Again, no voices or sounds of people moving about.

Regina came to a door left ajar and smelled salty water and incense. Looking up and down the empty passageway, she stepped inside for a quick look.

The gasp escaped her lips when she entered the underground pool room. It was like stepping back in time to an ancient Roman bath. The faded and broken mosaics may have been authentic and when she looked closer, her body responded to the erotic depictions of men and women pleasuring one another.

She walked from one scene to the next, mesmerized by the inventive and carefree displays of sexuality.

"Are you the goddess?"

Her clutch hit the stone floor. She turned and found him watching her.

Chained to a large stone like a sacrificial offering, he was completely nude and unable to cover his erection.

She took in his powerful legs, planted wide in the shallow water. Lean hips gave way to a solid abdomen and an impressive chest that made her imagine how it would feel to rest her head on.

When her gaze met his smile, she snapped out of it and looked away to give him privacy.

"I guess you're not her. Do you happen to have the key," he asked.
~Meet Isabel!~
Isabel Winsor is the author of Unleashed Under the Mistletoe and Stay With Me. She is the superhero identity of a multi-published author who began life writing romantic comedies and chick lit. When she was told to tone down the sex, she wondered what it would be like to really let loose! One year shy of turning 40, and tired of being a chicken, Isabel wrote her first erotic romance. There’s no stopping her now!
Isabel will be awarding a $10 Amazon or Barnes and Noble GC to a randomly drawn winner via rafflecopter during the tour.

  4. "One year shy of turning 40, and tired of being a chicken, Isabel wrote her first erotic romance. There’s no stopping her now!" I waited until I was 50 before I "tired of being a chicken" - in many ways of life, whether being adventurous instead of placid, or whether trying new fruits and vegetables instead of eating the same old thing - and there's "no stopping" me now (either)!

  5. High five Laney! It takes a lot of courage to break out of those every day things that open us to more possibilities. And in doing so, we have better stories to tell! Thank you!
