November RAK Wrap-Up

What a coincidence that the Random Acts of Kindness post was today. I was just on my way to the library to start working on one of my papers due at the end of the semester, and I met a random old guy. He held the door open for me when going into a coffee shop, and then when I went to the counter to order, bought me a delicious Caramel Macchiatto and Lemon Poppyseed Scone. I tried to pay for it, but he refused and said that everyone needs a little kindness sometimes. Then he left before I could convince the cashier to let me pay. You sir Old Guy, are a fine example of male awesomeness. I hope you win the lottery or something. You definitely made my week. In honor of John (That's what I'm calling him because OLD GUY seems a tad disrespectful) I think I will spread the love by doing a few more RAK's here than usual.

What I recieved:
November was on the quiet side here on the blog. Nothing via RAK,which is fine. I think I got quite enough random lucky things by winning a Kindle Fire last month...lol.

I gave out:
To: Mia from the US
To Zayra from Mexico!

I really like sending to foreign countries. Those who know me, know that I have a kind of obsession with internationals. I don't know why, I just adore them. I'm so glad that the Book Depository ships for free so that I can send to those living around the world! So that was my RAK for November! Hopefully the Christmas spirit will be running through all of us bloggers for this month and we will be giving each other presents left and right :) If you want to sign up for RAK this month, or just want to learn more about it, make sure to check out Book Soulmates! Happy December 1st! Also! If you want to actually CHOOSE the book you get from me, look below at my "Follower of the Month" post. The person who leaves the most comments this month will win the book of their choice! Awesome!

  2. I'm so sorry I haven't been stopping by for visits lately! I am at the end of my semester so I have about 2 weeks of Hell on Earth. I will stop by soon and just cover you with chatter. You will be so sick of me you'll want to unfriend me :P

  4. That was so nice of that guy to buy that for you. It's always nice to do something nice for others and see them smile because they weren't expecting it.
